Star Club Loyalty Program offers endless opportunities for its members! By joining our club, you will be the first to know about our sales, receive exclusive offers and prices, news about upcoming events, and local businesses with their offers.

When joining. you will receive a club card that you can use for points when you check out. This card will give you a daily discount and the ability to earn points that can be used to purchase special items at very competitive prices!

There are three ways you can join the program:

  • In store, using our tablets with a form that you fill out. Ask our managers for assistance.
  • By scanning our QR code, which is located on the business card of the loyalty program. You can find business cards with a code at the checkouts in our store Open the photo app on your smartphone and scan the QR code from our business card. Click on the link that appears and fill out the form that opens. By filling out the form, you will automatically register in the loyalty program, and in a few days you will receive a Star Club loyalty program member card at the address you specified.

Become a Star Club loyalty member for free:

3. How do I use Star Club member perks?

To take advantage of all Star Club member perks:
• Simply provide your phone number or your Star Club loyalty card at the register when you checkout to accumulate points and receive a discount.
• For digital coupons, provide your club card to the cashier and it will be applied to your purchase.

4. How much does it cost to become a Star Club member?

It’s free. There is no cost to join.

5. How do I cancel my membership?

No identification documents are needed to sign up for Star Club loyalty

8. How can I get my Star Club loyalty card?

You will receive your Star Club loyalty card by mail in the following weeks after signing up.

Stars / Offers

1. What are the main offers that I should know about?

Our main offers are:
• New member bonus: 500 Stars + $5 coupon when you spend above $20. Valid for 14 days
• For every $1 spent you will receive 1 Star. Seniors will receive 2 Stars for every $1 spent
• Minimum amount to redeem Stars is $10
• There is no limit on the number of Stars that you can spend per transaction
• For every 1000 Stars acquired, you will receive a $5 coupon that is valid for 14 days
• For specific items that we choose you may receive 2Х Stars.
• You will be able to spend your Stars in the following time frame: Two weeks before New Year’s/Easter/Independence Day/Labor Day
• Every member of our loyalty program will receive a daily member’s discount which is 1% off their purchases
• If a customer increases their average spend in a period, they will receive an appropriate coupon for that
• All Stars will be expired after 1 year if not used.

2. Where can I see my accumulated Stars?

All the accumulated Stars from your purchases can be found at the bottom of the receipt under the section Star Club.

3. How do I redeem the Star Club member offers I receive?

Simply provide your Star Club loyalty card or phone number to the cashier at checkout.

4. How many Stars must be accumulated to redeem them?

There is no specific amount that needs to be accumulated to redeem Stars.

5. How many Stars will I receive after my purchase?

For every $1 spent a loyalty member will receive 1 Star

6. How often can I redeem my Stars?

You will be able to spend your Stars in the following time frame: Two weeks before New Year’s/Easter/Independence Day/Labor Day.

7. Can I redeem my Stars on specific items?

Points cannot be redeemed on specific items that are on sale in-store.

8. Are there any additional benefits for seniors?

Seniors receive 2 Stars for every $1 spent with their purchase.

9. What is the daily discount for loyalty members?

The daily discount that will be applied to you at checkout is 1%.

Digital Coupons Policy

A valid Star Club Loyalty Card or an account’s phone number is required to access a digital account to use digital coupons at the time of purchase.
Digital coupons and offers are deducted from a Customer’s total purchase prior to paper coupons or any other discounts and cannot be added back or removed once the Card has been scanned.
Limit 1 use per digital coupon, per transaction.
Digital offers cannot be combined with paper manufacturer’s coupons on the purchase of a single item. Digital offers do not double.
Maximum coupons that can be redeemed on one card is limited to 150. Coupons over the allotted 150 will not redeem.
Digital reproductions of offers will not be accepted (such as using a mobile application to reproduce an image of an offer/coupon).
The store manager has the right to accept, decline or limit the use of ANY digital coupon or offer.
