- Fresh Products: Dairy, meat, fish, deli, fruits, vegetables, frozen goods, and bakery items can only be returned within 48 hours of delivery.

SERVICE ANIMAL POLICY
Service animals are permitted in public areas of our stores. Service animals must remain under the handler’s control. In cases where a service animal presents a safety risk or is not housebroken, we may ask for its removal. We also offer personal shopping assistance for customers who may need additional support.

COUPON POLICY
We accept both paper and digital coupons.
To redeem digital coupons:
- An active Star Club account is required.
- Coupons apply to the total purchase amount before other discounts.
Coupon Conditions:
- Limit of one coupon (digital or paper) per item.
- Coupons must align with the exact description (brand, size, quantity).
- No expired or altered coupons.
- We accept up to three identical coupons per household per day unless stated otherwise.
